Second Gear strives to sell high quality gear with high quality service. Our number one priority is making sure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
If you ever purchase a product from us - used or new - that is dysfunctional in any way not already noted in the product description, we will issue a full refund and pay for your return shipping.
- Shipping rates vary depending on item size.
- Some items in our inventory are only available for in-store pickup. These items will be clearly marked as Only Available for In-Store Pickup. Please take note of this before placing your order, as we will not be able to ship these items to you.
- At this time we do not offer an expedited shipping option. We may be able to make an exception and expedite your shipment if you contact us before placing your order.
- All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Packages should arrive within 7 to 10 days after shipment. We will notify you if there are any delays. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped with tracking information. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
- As a part of our commitment to the environment, we use re-use boxes and materials as much as possible. We'll always package up your order with care!
We accept returns under specific conditions. Please contact us before making any returns.
- We DO NOT pay for return shipping, unless a product is dysfunctional.
- Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned unused and with packaging intact. You must pay for the return shipping, and the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your return. If the items you return are missing their packaging or have been used, we reserve the right to charge an appropriate refurbishment fee in order to make the item sellable again.
- Consignment products may be returned within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. All refunds on consignment products will be given in the form of store credit, and will have the initial cost of shipping deducted from the refund amount.
- Products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
- If you aren't able to return a product, we always offer the option to re-consign it. View our consignment page for more information.
We discourage returns unrelated to product quality. At Second Gear, we do our best to inspect products thoroughly, posting information & pictures so you can make an informed purchasing decision. If you have a question or concern about a specific product, contact our store.
