Good To-Go Carrot-Ginger Power Bowl, Single Serving

Chef Jen’s inspiration for this dish dates to her childhood, when she fell in love with the carrot-ginger dressing at a Japanese restaurant in her hometown—some things just stay with you. Best of all, no stove required! All you need is cool water to enjoy a delicious meal created by an award-winning chef, in the backcountry, on the road, or wherever life takes you.
